Refund & Return Policy

1. Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital services such as custom development, consulting, or configuration, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced or has been delivered.

2. Downloadable Products

All sales of downloadable products (templates, source code, tools, etc.) are considered final and are non-refundable. Please review product descriptions, demo previews, or documentation carefully before making a purchase.

3. Course Purchases

Refunds are only eligible within 3 days of purchase, and only if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

4. Exceptions

If a product is found to be defective or non-functional due to an error on our end, we will take one of the following actions:

• Fix the issue and deliver a working version
• Offer a suitable replacement product
